Established in 2020, the John Lewis Center for Social Justice serves as a hub for research, leadership development, policy innovation, and community-based social change. Since its founding, the Center has expanded its impact by engaging fellows, scholars, artists, activists, and policy leaders committed to advancing social justice.

Educate: Raise public awareness on critical issues surrounding racial equity and social justice.
Incubate: Build and support innovative programs, collectives, and initiatives that deliver systemic solutions to inequality.
Connect: Unify diverse people, ideas, and communities to accelerate justice-centered strategies.
Promote: Champion and amplify the "good and necessary trouble" driven by organizers, activists, and institutions making a real-world impact.
Produce: Deliver collaborative, high-impact research, programming, and policy analysis focused on equity and justice.
